07:03 AM EDT, 09/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Coveo Solutions (CVO.TO) has agreed to repurchase for cancellation 2.6 million of its subordinate voting shares held by Al-Rayyan Holding, a subsidiary of Qatar Investment Authority, the company said Tuesday. This comes after Al-Rayyan converted an equivalent number of multiple voting shares of Coveo for about CA$9.8 million. The repurchase is priced at CA$3.75 per subordinate voting share, representing a discount of 10.5% on the closing price on the Toronto Stock Exchange on Sept. 22. In a separate deal, Al-Rayyan will dispose of an additional 4.8 million subordinate voting shares for CA$18 million, following the conversion of an equivalent number of multiple voting shares through a bought deal block trade. Al-Rayyan will no longer hold equity interest in Coveo after the transactions are completed.
