Bank Bumi Arta corrects right issue proceeds use report, cites IDR 44.66 billion remaining funds
Bitget2026/09/23 10:49- Bank Bumi Arta issued a correction to its July 15, 2026 report on the use of right issue proceeds.
- Right Issue BNBA-R proceeds totaled IDR 621.39 billion; net proceeds were IDR 618.26 billion; realized use reached IDR 573.6 billion.
- Remaining funds of IDR 44.66 billion were placed in a current account at Bank Oke Indonesia at a 5% rate.
- Realized allocation covered IDR 494.6 billion for lending, IDR 78.99 billion for digital banking development.
