Northwest Natural Units Reach Settlement Over Texas Rates

06:42 AM EDT, 09/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Northwest Natural Holdings' (NWN) units, SiEnergy Gas and its gas distribution affiliates, reached a settlement with key parties in their Texas general rate case, the company said Wednesday. The proposed settlement would resolve all items in the general rate case and provides for an $8.6 million increase in the annual revenue requirement, compared with SiEnergy's request for $12 million, the company said. The deal remains subject to approval from the Railroad Commission of Texas, the company said.
