Mosaic names Walt Precourt EVP of operations as Karen Swager plans retirement

- Precourt joined Mosaic in 2009, previously led its phosphate and potash businesses, EHS, strategy, procurement, HR, public affairs, global business services.
- Expanded remit includes oversight of global operations, taking responsibility for the EHS function.
