Computer Modelling Group Posts Preliminary Results of Substantial Issuer Bid

06:13 AM EDT, 09/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Computer Modelling Group (CMG.TO) released preliminary results of a substantial issuer bid to repurchase for cancellation up to CA$20 million of common shares, which expired Sept. 21. CMG expects to take up and pay for about 4.4 million shares at a price of CA$4.50 per share, the company said Tuesday. About 4.7 million shares were tendered to the SIB under auction tenders and purchase price tenders, of which about 3.9 million shares will be taken up and purchased. About 9.0 million shares were tendered under proportionate tenders, of which about 510,766 shares will be taken up and purchased.
