DigitalBridge, Aberdeen Complete Merger of Electric Bus Platforms

05:53 AM EDT, 09/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- DigitalBridge (DBRG) and Aberdeen Investments have completed the merger of electric bus platforms ZEmobility and VGMobility, creating a combined operation with more than 5,400 buses across Latin America, the companies said Wednesday. ZEmobility and VGMobility previously operated about 2,800 and 2,600 buses, respectively, across Colombia and Chile, according to the companies. The companies said the combined platform includes 16 concessions serving transport authorities in Bogota and Santiago under long-term, government-backed lease contracts. The business will continue operating under the ZEmobility brand and will integrate functions from VGMobility, the companies said. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
