Millrose Properties Prices $1 Billion Notes Offering

04:05 AM EDT, 09/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Millrose Properties (MRP) has priced a $1 billion private offering of senior notes in two series, comparising of $500 million of 6.5% notes due 2029 and $500 million of 6.75% notes due 2031, both issued at 100% of par value, the company said late Tuesday. Net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, which may include acquisitions and debt repayment, the company said. Closing is expected to occur on Oct. 6, subject to customary closing conditions.
