03:25 AM EDT, 09/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- InnovAge (INNV) priced a secondary public offering of 10 million shares by certain investment funds at $9.25 per share, the company said Tuesday. Underwriters were granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.5 million shares, InnovAge said. The offering is expected to close Thursday.
