G2GBio cuts convertible bond conversion price to KRW 81,900 amid share price drop

- The adjustment was triggered by a share-price decline, hitting the 70% floor of the original conversion price.
- Convertible shares increased to 244,200 from 171,086 on KRW 20 billion outstanding principal.
