05:37 PM EDT, 09/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Labcorp (LH) reaffirmed its compound annual adjusted EPS growth guidance of 8.5% to 11.5% and compound annual revenue growth outlook of 5% to 8% through 2029 in a late Tuesday regulatory filing. The company also reiterated its adjusted operating margin growth of 75 to 150 basis points by 2029-end, according to the filing. The company believes that the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services' clinical laboratory fee schedule payment rates applicable from 2027 through 2029 are based on data that does not fully represent the broader commercial laboratory market and would drive sharp annual payment cuts, which could impact patient access to laboratory services, per the filing.
