Urbanfund Maintains Quarterly Dividend

04:45 PM EDT, 09/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Urbanfund (UFC.V) after trade Tuesday said its board of directors declared a dividend of CA$0.0125 per share and CA$0.0125 per series A preferred share for the quarter ended Sept. 30, the same as the previous quarter. The dividend, equivalent to CA$0.05 per share on an annualized basis, and will be paid on Oct. 15 to shareholders of record as of Sept. 30, the company added.
