Sun Communities Completes Sale of Park Holidays

04:34 PM EDT, 09/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Sun Communities (SUI) said Tuesday it completed the sale of its UK assets, including the Park Holidays business, to an affiliate of Aermont Capital for net cash consideration of about $1.03 billion. Proceeds will be used primarily for share repurchases, debt paydown, and general corporate purposes, Sun said. It plans to update its full-year 2026 outlook at its Q3 earnings call.
