- Deal increased from the previously announced USD 3 billion; settlement set for Sept. 22.
- Initial purchasers hold a 13-day option for up to an additional USD 500 million of notes.
- Net proceeds seen at about USD 3.64 billion; about USD 498.8 million earmarked for capped call transactions.
- Initial conversion price set at about USD 97.85 a share; capped call cap price set at USD 199.7.
