Top Cryptocurrencies Mixed; Bitcoin Holds Above $86,000 Level

The CoinDesk Market Index, which tracks dozens of digital assets including Bitcoin, rose 1.1% in the past 24 hours. The Nasdaq 100 rose 0.9%, the S&P 500 added 0.1% and the Dow Jones Industrial Average decreased 0.2%. Bitcoin eased 0.2% to $86,307, according to CoinMarketCap data. The most popular cryptocurrency's 24-hour trading volume 18.2% to $42.71 billion. Ethereum (ETH-USD), the second-largest digital asset by market value, declined 0.4% to $2,751. XRP (XRP-USD) added 2.8%, BNB (BNB-USD) declined 1.6%, and Solana (SOL-USD) fell 1.0%. Dogecoin (DOGE-USD) lost 0.6%, and Cardano (ADA-USD) rose 1.7%. Total market value of the cryptocurrency industry rose 0.2% in the past 24 hours to $2.93 trillion, with trading volume dropping 15.4% to $117.38 billion.
