- Program targets delineation and de-risking of 10 shallow oil prospects, then drilling of top-ranked prospects within its 100%-owned Kiskunhalas concession.
- Agent option could lift gross proceeds to CAD 5.75 million; warrants in each unit carry a CAD 0.4 exercise price.
- Capital plan complements the Kiskunhalas deep gas project, where a joint-venture process targets completion by year-end 2026.
