Columbus McKinnon Reprices $1.45 Billion Term Loan, $500 Million Revolving Facility

10:07 AM EDT, 09/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Columbus McKinnon (CMCO) said Tuesday it completed a repricing of its $1.45 billion Term Loan B due Feb. 3, 2033, and $500 million revolving credit facility. The amendment reduced the interest rate margin on both facilities by 50 basis points, bringing the Term Loan B rate to SOFR plus 3.00% per annum. The company said all other material terms, including the maturity dates, remain unchanged. Shares of Columbus McKinnon were up 5.9% in early Tuesday trading.
