SonicStrategy to Raise CA$4.5 Million Via Private Placement Offering

09:51 AM EDT, 09/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- SonicStrategy (SONI.CN) is arranging a non-brokered private placement of up to 22.5-million common shares at CA$0.20 apiece for CA$4.5 million, it said in a statement on Tuesday. The offering is intended to consist of up to CA$2.25 million in cash subscriptions and up to CA$2.25 million in subscriptions paid in digital assets, it said. Proceeds will be used to expand its digital asset treasury and validator operations and for general working capital needs. The company expects to hold digital assets received under the offering in its treasury or deployed in staking and validator operations. Shares of the company were last seen unchanged at CA$0.16 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
