Nutanix Acquires France-Based AI Platform Company Ryax Technologies

09:38 AM EDT, 09/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Nutanix (NTNX) said Tuesday it has acquired Ryax Technologies, a French AI-driven compute orchestration and management platform company. Financial terms were not disclosed. Nutanix said the acquisition will allow its clients to build, run, and govern agentic AI by integrating Ryax's advanced GPU-utilization and smart-scheduling capabilities into future releases of Nutanix Kubernetes Platform and Nutanix Enterprise AI. The company said Ryax's team will remain in France and that the financial impact of the acquisition is not material.
