Premium Global Income Split Fund Establishes At-The-Market Equity Program

09:30 AM EDT, 09/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Premium Global Income Split Fund (PGIC.TO) on Tuesday said it established an at-the-market equity program that allows the fund to issue preferred shares and class A shares at its discretion to raise up to CA$70 million. Any shares under the program will be sold through the Toronto Stock Exchange or any other marketplace in Canada on which the shares are listed, the fund said Tuesday. The fund said it will determine the volume and timing of distributions under the program, which will be effective until Sept. 20, 2028.
