Curtiss-Wright Names Kevin Rayment to Succeed Lynn Bamford as CEO

Curtiss-Wright has designated company veteran Kevin Rayment to succeed Lynn Bamford at the helm of the aerospace and defense supplier.
Curtiss-Wright on Tuesday said Rayment, who joined the Davidson, N.C., company in 2004 and has been chief operating officer since 2021, will become chief executive and join the board on Jan. 1.
Bamford, who has been CEO since January 2021 and board chair since May 2022, will become executive board chair on that date, the company said.
Bamford joined Curtiss-Wright in 2004.
