SoFi Technologies Launches Stablecoin Settlement Across Mastercard's Global Payments Network

09:09 AM EDT, 09/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- SoFi Technologies (SOFI) has launched stablecoin settlement through SoFiUSD, issued by a federally regulated bank, across Mastercard's (MA) global payments network, the two companies said Tuesday. Stablecoin settlement is currently live across SoFi Bank's debit and credit card program, according to a statement. SoFi Bank is migrating its entire $25 billion card program to stablecoin settlement of transactions using SoFiUSD, the statement said.
