Montega cuts Berentzen to hold, sets price target at EUR 5.55
Bitget2026/09/22 12:16- Montega cut its rating on Berentzen-Gruppe to Hold from Buy, setting a 12-month target of EUR 5.55.
- The move followed Sazerac’s planned voluntary cash takeover offer of EUR 5.55 a share, a 68% premium to the prior 3-month VWAP.
- Montega expects the offer to clear the 50% plus one share minimum condition, citing board support and no regulatory approvals required.
- Sazerac targets closing in Q4 2026, then plans a delisting, which Montega said would likely cap upside beyond the offer price.
