AltaGas Services Prices $750 Million Senior Note Offering

07:54 AM EDT, 09/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- AltaGas' (ALA.TO) wholly owned subsidiary, AltaGas Services, priced an offering of $750 million of 5.75% Senior Notes due 2031, it said in a statement late Monday. The notes will be unsecured and rank equally with AltaGas' existing senior unsecured debt. Proceeds will be used for general corporate needs, the company said. Closing of the offering is expected on Oct. 1, subject to some conditions. Shares of the company closed up 3.2% to CA$211.23 on Monday on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
