Bullfrog Gold Increases Non-Brokered Private Placement to CA$8 Million

07:14 AM EDT, 09/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Bullfrog Gold (FROG.V) upsized its non-brokered private placement to gross proceeds of up to CA$8 million from up to CA$5 million, it said Tuesday. The offering will now be made up of up to 40 million units priced at CA$0.20 each, with each unit consisting of one Bullfrog share and one half-warrant, said the company. Each whole warrant will be exercisable for a share for two years from the date of closing at an exercise price of CA$0.30 per share, said Bullfrog Gold. The company will use the net proceeds for exploration at the South Bullfrog project in Nevada, and for general working capital purposes, it added. The company expects the offering to close on or about Sept. 29, in one or more tranches, subject to receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals, added the company.
