- Distribution expected on or about Oct. 8, 2026; shareholders to receive 1 AI OKTO share for every 8 Toro shares.
- Nasdaq due-bill trading expected from the record date through the distribution date; sellers in the period forfeit the spin-off shares.
- Completion remains conditional on the Form 20-F becoming effective and Nasdaq approving AI OKTO’s listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
