Industrial Logistics Properties Trust Names Anthony Paula CFO and Treasurer

04:36 PM EDT, 09/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Industrial Logistics Properties Trust (ILPT) on Monday named Anthony Paula as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, effective October 1, succeeding Tiffany Sy, who resigned effective September 30. The company said Sy's resignation was not the result of any dispute with ILPT or RMR. Paula is a Vice President at The RMR Group (RMR) and has served as Vice President of Diversified Healthcare Trust (DHC) since December 2024, a role he will resign in connection with his new appointment.
