- Gross rate set at USD 18,000 per day minus 5% commission; charter runs from Sept. 25, 2026 to May 1, 2028-June 30, 2028.
- Minimum-period gross revenue expected at about USD 10.37 million.
- Replaces current Cargill charter at USD 12,250 per day minus 4.75% commission.
