- CEO Henry Birch acquired 25,836 shares; holdings reached 966,727 shares in the Performance Share Plan, 116,264 in the Deferred Bonus Plan.
- CFO Johanna Hartley bought 37,836 shares; holdings rose to 1,395,433 shares in the Performance Share Plan, 190,645 in the Deferred Bonus Plan.
- Chief Customer Officer Karen Bellairs purchased 30,841 shares; holdings increased to 1,177,875 shares in the Performance Share Plan, 115,122 in the Deferred Bonus Plan.
- Other PDMRs also added shares at GBP 2.46, including Paul O’Hara, Tim O’Gorman, Chris McShane, Adam Pay, Jessica Frame, Sarah Haywood.
