Tempus AI, Recursion Extend Data License, Amend Fee Structure

10:36 AM EDT, 09/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Tempus AI (TEM) and Recursion Pharmaceuticals (RXRX) extended their data license agreement through November 2029 and revised the contract's fee structure. Up to $84 million in discretionary payments over the next two years will be replaced with $42 million in committed payments over three years, Tempus said Monday in a statement. Tempus said it also signed a separate agreement granting the company a nonexclusive, worldwide license to Recursion's proprietary RNA sequencing model.
