National CineMedia Completes Captivate Acquisition

10:20 AM EDT, 09/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- National CineMedia (NCMI) said Monday it completed its acquisition of Captivate on Friday for an enterprise value of $275 million. The acquisition was funded through a first-lien term loan and cash on hand, the company said, adding that it also established a new $25 million revolving credit facility, of which $10 million was drawn at closing.
