McGraw Hill Gets Upgrade From S&P Global Ratings

10:17 AM EDT, 09/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- McGraw Hill (MH) said Monday that S&P Global Ratings upgraded its corporate family rating to BB- from B+ and changed its outlook to stable. The company said the credit agency also upgraded its senior secured notes and senior secured first-lien bank credit facility ratings to BB from BB-, and its senior unsecured notes rating to B from B-.
