Beacon Financial Names Sean Gray as Chief Executive

09:47 AM EDT, 09/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Beacon Financial (BBT) said Monday it has appointed Sean Gray as chief executive of the company and its Beacon Bank unit. Gray, who will also join the boards of both companies, effective immediately, most recently served as Beacon's chief operating officer, overseeing enterprise operations and systems integration after the merger that created the company. The transition follows Paul Perrault's retirement as CEO after more than five decades in banking. Shares of Beacon were down over 2% in recent trading activity Monday.
