Turning Point Brands Names Executive Chairman Glazek as CEO

09:37 AM EDT, 09/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Turning Point Brands (TPB) said Monday that Executive Chairman David Glazek has been named CEO, effective Oct. 1, succeeding Graham Purdy, who is stepping down for personal reasons. Turning Point said Purdy's resignation is not related to any disagreement with the company. The alternative smoking accessories company revised its full-year EBITDA guidance range to $70 million to $80 million from $70 million to $90 million previously. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $76.9 million. Shares of the company were down 9.6% in early Monday trading.
