Tiziana Life Sciences to Announce Topline Data From Phase 2a Na-SPMS Trial in October

09:16 AM EDT, 09/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Tiziana Life Sciences (TLSA) said Monday that it expects to announce 12-week treatment topline data from its phase 2a trial evaluating intranasal foralumab for non-active secondary progressive multiple sclerosis, or na-SPMS, in October. The company said that the last of 48 patients completed the final visit in the randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial across the United States. The study is testing the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of two doses of intranasal foralumab compared with placebo, with the primary endpoint focused on change in microglial activation as measured by positron emission tomography imaging, Tiziana said. Shares of the company were up 3.8% in Monday's premarket activity.
