Seer CFO David Horn to Resign

The biotechnology company said it has appointed Charles Endweiss as treasurer, principal financial officer and principal accounting officer, also effective Oct. 1. Endweiss has been serving as Seer's vice president of financial planning and analysis since January 2021, the company said.
