Silver Mountain Resources Begins Concentrate Production at Reliquias Mine in Peru

08:13 AM EDT, 09/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Silver Mountain Resources (AGMR.TO) has commenced production of the first bulk and zinc concentrates at the Reliquias underground silver-polymetallic mine in Peru, the company said Monday. Silver Mountain said it aims to achieve a processing throughput of 800 tonnes per day in the second half of 2027. The company said the initial feed was supported by about 45,000 tonnes of stockpiled material. It expects to begin concentrate shipments in October. "This important milestone transforms Silver Mountain from a developer to a producer and we look forward to establishing a track record of generating growing operating cash flows as the mine and plant ramp up to their full production potential," Chief Executive Officer Alvaro Espinoza said.
