- Participants can convert part of their 2026 short-term incentive into shares priced at Nasdaq Helsinki’s December 2026 VWAP.
- Converted amounts will be multiplied by 1.4; rewards will be paid in shares with a cash portion for taxes and social costs.
- Maximum payout value corresponds to 180,000 shares, including the cash-settled portion.
- Plan applies to employees in the group-wide short-term incentive scheme, including the CEO and executive management team members.
