Banyan Gold to Raise CA$50 Million Via LIFE Offering and CA$8 Million Via Concurrent Private Placement

07:44 AM EDT, 09/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Banyan Gold (BYN.V) entered into an agreement with Canaccord Genuity on behalf of a syndicate of agents to sell up to 25-million shares of the company at CA$2.00 apiece, for CA$50 million in a best-efforts private placement basis, it said in a statement over the weekend. The company also intends to issue up to 8-million shares on a non-brokered private placement basis at CA$2.00 apiece, to raise additional proceeds of up to CA$8 million, concurrently with the closing of the offering. Proceeds will be used for advancement of its Yukon projects and general corporate and working capital needs, it said. Shares of the company closed up 0.9% to CA$2.12 on Friday on the TSX Venture Exchange.
