Pulsar Helium Appoints David Young as CFO and to its Board

07:39 AM EDT, 09/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Pulsar Helium (PLSR.V) appointed David T. Young as its chief financial officer and to its board of directors, effective Sept. 21, it said Monday. Young succeeds Dan O'Brien, who will continue with the company as Vice President of Finance, effective Sept. 21, after formally stepping down as a director and CFO of the company. Young most recently served as chief restructuring officer of Royal Helium Ltd, said Pulsar Helium. He has also served as a Principal at The Carlyle Group and a Director and investment committee member at Talara Capital Management, added the company. "His combination of helium-sector knowledge, capital-markets experience and public-company governance expertise will strengthen our leadership team as we advance Topaz and pursue a disciplined path towards development and long-term value creation," said Chief Executive Officer Thomas Abraham-James.
