Guidewire Software's Cloud Migration, AI Strategy Support Durable Growth, RBC Capital Markets Says

11:13 AM EDT, 09/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Guidewire Software's (GWRE) contracted cloud migration and growing adoption of artificial intelligence products support a durable growth outlook, RBC Capital Markets said in a note Tuesday after meeting with company executives. Guidewire still has about 100 customers expected to migrate from on-premises systems to the cloud over the next four to five years, the investment firm said. Customers often expand their use of the company's products during the transition, providing visibility into the 18% annual recurring revenue growth forecast for fiscal 2027, according to the note. ProNavigator has generated 28 deals with an approximately 30% increase in annual contract value, while the Underwriting Center platform has early customer deployments and could open a multi-billion-dollar total addressable market opportunity, the firm said. Guidewire's gross annual recurring revenue attrition was below 1% in fiscal 2026, while the number of customers generating at least $5 million in fully ramped annual recurring revenue rose to 105 from 86 a year earlier, the note said. RBC Capital Markets maintained an outperform rating on Guidewire, with a price target of $215. Guidewire's shares were down 0.6% in Wednesday trading.
