Live Nation Launches AI-Enabled Guides to Provide Venue Information

09:10 AM EDT, 09/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Live Nation Entertainment (LYV) said Wednesday it has launched AI-enabled guides to handle concert goers' questions using Salesforce's (CRM) Service Cloud. The guides were debuted by Melody, an agentic festival guide providing on-demand information for the recent BottleRock Napa Valley festival in California, the company said. Live Nation said it has also launched Venue Agent on its venue websites, which it said can answer questions about parking, permitted items, accessible seating and door times. It said 95% of questions are currently answered without human assistance.
