Orchestra BioMed Obtains $6.1 Million Milestone Payment From Haemonetics' Acquisition of Vivasure

09:58 AM EDT, 09/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Orchestra BioMed (OBIO) said Tuesday it has received $6.1 million as a milestone payment in connection with Haemonetics' (HAE) acquisition of Vivasure Medical in January. The payment completes the $11 million in proceeds Orchestra expected from the transaction, it said. Orchestra said it remains eligible to receive additional proceeds of up to $10 million through future revenue earnouts, subject to attaining certain milestones, for total potential proceeds of up to $21 million.
