Topicus.com's CEO Robin van Poelje to Retire From the Role; Names Ramon Zanders as the New CEO

07:26 AM EDT, 09/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Topicus.com's (TOI.V) Chief Executive Officer Robin van Poelje will be retiring from the position for personal reasons, effective Oct. 1, it said after markets closed Monday. The company has appointed Ramon Zanders, the Group CEO of the Total Specific Solutions Blue operating group within Topicus, as CEO effective Oct. 1, said the company. The company said van Poelje will continue as a director and chairman of the board of Topicus. The company's board plans to implement a decentralization strategy for its TSS operating groups, said Topicus. The company said the Total Specific Solutions Public operating group, led by Han Knooren, expects to change its name, as it becomes a stand-alone operating group, it added.
