Flex Names Cloud Portfolio Spin-Off as Axiom Solutions International

06:46 AM EDT, 09/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Flex (FLEX) has named its cloud and power infrastructure business spin-off as Axiom Solutions International (AXM), according to a Tuesday statement. The previously announced spin-off is expected to be completed in Q1 2027, Flex said. Following the separation, Axiom is expected to trade on Nasdaq under the "AXM" ticker symbol, the company said. Flex also said it has appointed Amy Schwetz as CFO of its Regulated Manufacturing Services and Integrated Technology Services segments, effective Oct. 5, and she is expected to serve as Flex CFO following the separation. Schwetz most recently served as CFO of Flowserve (FLS).
