Reuters2026/09/11 20:43- South32 cut its Trilogy Metals stake to 10,379,741 shares, or 6.0%, from 18,595,311 shares, or 10.7%.
- Disposal followed a US$35.6 million strategic equity investment by the U.S. Department of War, leaving it about a 10% shareholder.
- The Department of War gained a 10-year option to buy 6,161,678 shares from South32 at US$ 0.01 each.
