STAR BULK plans to issue 4.4 million new shares at €24.50 per share

STAR BULK will issue 4.4 million new shares at a price of 24.50 euros per share. After the completion of this new share issuance, the funds raised will be used by the company for routine operational turnover, fleet capacity optimization and upgrades, or repayment of existing debt. It will also further strengthen the company's cash flow reserves, enhancing its risk resistance and business expansion capacity in the dry bulk shipping market.
