Argo Gold Completes Sale of Rockstar Gold Project Royalty for CA$250,000

09:34 AM EDT, 09/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Argo Gold (ARQ.CN) completed the sale of its net smelter return royalty on the Rockstar gold project in Ontario, for CA$250,000, it said Friday. The deal was completed under the terms of a royalty purchase agreement. The Rockstar gold project royalty was a 1% net smelter return royalty with a 0.5% buyback for CA$500,000, it said. Shares of the company closed up 4.6% to CA$0.115 on Thursday on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
