Liberty Global Invests in Positron AI's Funding Round

06:21 AM EDT, 09/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Liberty Global (LBTYA) said Friday it invested in Positron AI, a company that develops hardware and software for memory-first AI inference systems. The company said it was part of a group of investors, including NEA, Valor Equity Partners and Atreides Management, in the $875 million funding round, which valued Positron AI at $5 billion. Liberty Global did not disclose the investment amount.
