TransMedics Names Fernando Araujo as CFO; Maintains 2026 Revenue Outlook

04:44 PM EDT, 09/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- TransMedics (TMDX) said Thursday it has appointed Fernando Araujo as chief financial officer, succeeding Gerardo Hernandez, who will move to oversee the company's expansion into Latin America as commercial strategic advisor, LATAM, to lead the company's expansion into Latin America. Araujo brings more than 20 years of public-company finance leadership across the healthcare, industrial, and energy sectors. He most recently served as CFO of GE HealthCare's (GEHC) Advanced Imaging Solutions segment and previously held roles at General Electric (GE) and 3M (MMM). The company also reaffirmed its 2026 revenue guidance of $737 million to $757 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $743.1 million.
