- Shareholders will vote to elect three Class II directors, including two for three-year terms through 2029.
- Voting also covers one Class II director seat with a shortened term through the 2028 annual meeting.
- Items include ratification of Plante & Moran as independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027.
